The general process we use is actually a development cycle that involves understanding, creative strategies, effective action, and processing.  In most situations, the process steps are as follows:

 ·  Understanding of organization’s needs, concerns, and vision for success.
 
·  Identification of strengths and opportunities for improvement.
 
·  Development of customized strategies towards short/long-term growth.
 ·  Delivery of programs including workshops, worksite learning transference/ coaching, strategy/workshop
        revisions as needed, and regular consultations/debriefs with senior leaders
